A customer called into the workshop today with a very nice Sony that he has recently bought for £2,600.00. He has broken off one of keys from his keyboard. We had the replacement in stock and were able to offer it to him for £ 3.95.
He asked if there was any discount.

Customer reports a keyboard fault.
A customer brought a laptop in today, telling us that the keyboard wasnt working properly. Apparently F7 was’nt doing what it was supposed to.
Can anybody help diagnose the problem ??
